The first chance to see the newly refurbished BATTS is on Sunday 4th January !!

The planned programme will provide lots of information on running the club and developing the club. If you would like to be involved as a volunteer or just want to have your say in the future in how the club is run, this would be a really good session to come along to. It also includes a superb buffet lunch !

To All Premier Club Contacts – Eastern Region

Hi Neil,

I am writing to invite you to the Eastern Region Club Development Workshop being held on the 4th January 2009 at the newly refurbished BATTS Club in Harlow . The workshop is aimed at supporting clubs to achieve CLUBMARK re-accreditation and to provide information, resources and tips on the following topics:

- Role of Volunteer Coordinator
- Safeguarding and Protecting Children

- CLUBMARK annual health check
- Schools competition agenda

Who should attend:-

Clubs aspiring for PremierClub Excellence Level
Club Volunteer Coordinators
Welfare Officers and
Anyone interested in club development

**It will also be a fantastic opportunity to see at first hand the newly refurbished BATTS venue**

The cost is £20 (to include resources, refreshments and buffet lunch) however we are offering 2 free places for PremierClubs!

Places are limited to a maximum of 2 per club, league or county however if demand exceeds space, attendees will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
